All passengers are entitled to a standard cabin-sized bag and a checked bag.

• Your cabin bag must be no heavier than 10 kg and no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm including handles, pockets and wheels.
• Your checked bag must be no heavier than 23 kg and no larger than 90cm x 75cm x 43cm including handles, pockets and wheels.

Please note that if there is high demand for in-cabin luggage space, we may have to check your bag in at the gate.

When you make a successful booking, we will send you a confirmation email containing your flight information. You should print this email or the confirmation page so that you can show it to staff at the airport.

You can cancel your flight via the manage my booking page. Refunds are not issued for flights which you cancel.

It's not possible to directly change your flights after they have been booked, but you may cancel your existing flight and book a new one.

If you are logged in, your flights will be automatically displayed on the booking management page. If you are a guest, you will need the booking code that we emailed you when you booked your flight.
